Here are answers to the questions we receive most frequently about EngageBox.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We aim to offer the best customer service possible, because that’s what you deserve. We’re truly sorry if there’s a problem with your order and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Please email us at support@engageboxkids.com.

What if something is missing or arrives broken?

We do a quality inspection as we pack each box, but sometimes items are damaged in the mail. If anything arrived in less than stellar condition, we’re happy to replace it immediately. Please email us at support@engageboxkids.com.

How are you keeping everything sanitized during the COVID-19 pandemic?

We’re staying as safe as possible and we’re making sure that everything we put into an EngageBox is sanitized. We put together a separate page to explain our policies and practices during this pandemic. Please click here to read more.

Does my child need supervision to complete EngageBox activities?

We always recommend adult supervision when children are playing with new toys or completing arts and crafts projects. While some children may be able to complete our activities without help, it’s always best to keep an eye on your kiddo.

Are any items dangerous to my child?

No item is 100% safe for kids, but nothing we provide is inherently dangerous if used properly. We always recommend adult supervision when completing our activities to ensure that your child stays safe and entertained. If there are any items that we think you should be particularly careful with, we’ll let you know in the Parent Guide included in each box.

I can’t understand these instructions, what do I do?

We aim for all written instructions to be clear and easy to follow, but some of our activities are more complex. We understand if you need a helping hand, which is why we create a video for every activity. Our teachers will go step-by-step and demonstrate the entire project. You should have received an email shortly after placing your order with information about how to access our videos. If you still need help, please email us at support@engageboxkids.com.

Do you have more themed boxes available?

We’re working on it! Right now, we have Superhero and Under the Sea EngageBoxes available. As we develop new boxes, we’ll let our customers know, so sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date!

Is this a subscription service?

No, each of our EngageBoxes are offered individually. We might add a subscription option in the future so that you can receive themed boxes on a consistent basis, and we’ll keep our newsletter subscribers updated.

Does EngageBox charge sales tax?

Yes, but we’re only required to collect sales tax for customers who live in certain places. If we’re required to charge sales tax for your order, we’ll let you know when you check-out.
